Our 100-Night Home Trial
We believe in our products enough to let you try them properly. Every Cervia device comes with a 100-night home trial: use it every day, and if you don't feel the difference, we'll refund you in full.
The trial starts on the day your order is delivered.
How to Start a Return
Email support@cerviaco.com with your order number and a short note on why it didn't work for you. Our team responds within 1 business day with your return authorization and instructions.
Please do not send anything back without a return authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be matched to an order and cannot be refunded.
Refund Terms
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the return.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
- The 100-night trial covers one unit per household. For multi-unit orders, additional units must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund.
- Free promotional gifts and digital products do not need to be returned and hold no refund value.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot refund returns lost in transit without proof of delivery to our facility.
- Original shipping fees, where charged, are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@cerviaco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you. Every Cervia device is additionally covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
Want a different product instead? We're happy to swap. Follow the return steps above and mention the exchange, and we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. We move fast (most orders ship within 24 hours), so email support@cerviaco.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, the 100-night trial applies instead.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds can take a few extra days to appear depending on your bank. If it's been more than 10 business days since your refund confirmation, contact your bank first, then email us and we'll trace it immediately.
