Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During launch periods or high-demand promotions, processing can take up to 48 hours.
Delivery Time
Most US orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days of leaving our warehouse. The live delivery estimate shown on each product page and at checkout reflects the most current timeline for your address.
Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally add time, and we appreciate your patience when they do.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, including any free shipping offers, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. What you see at checkout is what you pay, there are no hidden shipping charges after purchase.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as the carrier scans your package. Please allow 1 to 3 business days after the shipping email for tracking events to appear, carriers sometimes scan packages mid-route rather than at pickup.
You can follow your order any time using the tracking link in your email. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, email support@cerviaco.com and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change an address once an order has shipped, and we cannot refund orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot an address mistake, email support@cerviaco.com immediately and we'll do our best to catch the order before it ships.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs for address errors are the customer's responsibility.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, first check around your delivery area, with household members, and with neighbors, and allow 24 hours, carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly early. If it still hasn't turned up, email support@cerviaco.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll open a carrier investigation and make it right.
If tracking shows no movement and the package appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll trace it. Packages confirmed lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full, our choice of remedy, at no cost to you.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We move fast, so change and cancellation windows are short. Email support@cerviaco.com as soon as possible and we'll try to catch your order before it ships. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible, but your 100-night home trial applies from the day of delivery, see our Refund & Return Policy.
Multiple Items
Orders with multiple items may occasionally ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You will never pay extra shipping for a split shipment.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the United States. If you're ordering from elsewhere and the checkout accepts your address, your order will ship, but delivery timelines may be longer and any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not collected by us.
